We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team — someone who thrives in both creative ideation and structured delivery. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading client relationships and ensuring every piece of work we deliver is aligned, inspired, and impactful.

Who You Are
✅ A self-starter with a high work ethic, ownership mindset, and curiosity for technology — including AI tools that improve how we work.
✅ Strong creative judgment and storytelling instinct — you know what makes content connect and aren’t afraid to dive into the details.
✅ Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and time management — able to juggle multiple deliverables without missing a beat.
✅ A proactive problem-solver and collaborator, comfortable leading conversations and resolving challenges under pressure.
✅ Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Airtable, FigJam or similar systems.
✅ Analytically minded — you use data, insights, and performance trends to inform strategy and creative direction.
✅ AI-curious: Ideally, you already incorporate the use of AI in your day-to-day live and work. We would love for you to embrace this further in the role and will give you opportunities to learn more and help weave it into our processes.

- Experience in social-first marketing — understanding trends, audience behaviour, and platform nuances.
- Proven experience in account management within a creative or digital agency, ideally on entertainment or global brand clients.

What You’ll Make Happen
- Own delivery and client satisfaction for one of our flagship accounts — acting as the trusted point of contact and strategic driver.
- Lead and contribute to the ideation process — you’re not just coordinating creative work, you’re part of creating it.
- Partner with creative, production, and social teams to develop and refine campaign strategy, creative direction, and content calendars.
- Jump in when needed. This is a hands-on role — from drafting posts to managing urgent social moments, you’ll actively help get great work live.
- Maintain full ownership of the client relationship: capturing briefs, processing feedback, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple time zones.
- Work closely with the Account Director and support team members across workstreams, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on creative and operational deliverables, ensuring alignment with client priorities and brand strategy.
- Champion performance, insights, and process excellence within your team — continually improving quality, speed, and collaboration.
- Drive strategic calendar ownership — understanding priorities, content mix, and when to react or reprioritise.
- Build others up. Mentor and empower teammates, helping them develop confidence, judgment, and strong communication habits.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
First – you’ll receive a link to complete an online video interview, where we’ll ask you a few questions to learn more about your experience and suitability for the role.
Next – you’ll be invited to a 60-minute interview with Maddy Weingast, Head of Account Management, where we’ll share more details about the role and answer any questions you may have.
If we think there’s a fit, we’ll invite you to complete a short task to assess your alignment with the skills required for the role.
Finally – you’ll meet with Louise Sables, our CEO, for a 30-minute interview.
